I am delighted to bring over a decade of experience in educational leadership to my role as Executive Head of Brighton College Prep Hove. During this time, I have gained experience as a senior leader in both Junior and Early Years education at Brighton College where my previous roles have included Head of Nursery and Pre-Prep, Head of Admissions & Communications, and Senior Deputy Head at the Prep School.

I currently serve as Director of Prep Schools at Brighton College International, where I support the development of both new and established schools across the Brighton College  network. I am passionate about fostering excellence in our schools to ensure that all children reach their full potential and are fully prepared for the next stage of their education. I bring a global perspective and a deep understanding of how to embed the Brighton College values of Curiosity, Confidence and Kindness in our Early Years and Junior settings.  

I look forward to working closely with the Headmaster, Mr Philip Smith, and with the governing body here at Brighton College Prep Hove.
